Checking The Vitals:

Discovery Session

Because sometimes, you just need someone to help you figure out what's next.

Yes I Need This!

You’re not sure if you need full-on coaching, but something’s not working — and you’re craving perspective, validation, and a plan. This one-off session is the perfect “next best step” for overwhelmed but intentional parents who want to press pause, reflect, and reset direction.

Whether you’ve worked with me before or this is your first coaching experience, this session will leave you feeling seen, supported, and more certain about what your family needs right now.

This session pulls from narrative coaching, neurodiversity-affirming practice, and practical emotion coaching strategies. You’ll get insight that makes sense, you’ll feel validated, supported, and most importantly — not alone.

  • Parents exploring coaching or support for the first time
  • Previous clients who need a tune-up, pivot, or check-in
  • Families navigating a decision point — school, assessments, burnout
  • Anyone craving insight and clarity in a single sitting
  • A fresh perspective on what's really going on
  • Clarity around your family’s needs, patterns, and possibilities
  • Next-step recommendations tailored to your capacity
  • The option to continue into a 3-week program, if aligned

Your Investment Includes:

  •  40-minute Zoom session

  • Pre-call questionnaire to personalise the session

Emily - Mother Of Four

"Before Alison took me through the concept of the Village, I felt like I was constantly running on empty, trying to juggle everything on my own. The 15 Minute Mind Unwind has become an important part of my evening routine, helping me to relax and get a head start on the next day. I can see that The Village community will be something positive as the numbers continue to grow.  Alison has made such a positive impact on our family life."

Hi, I'm Alison

If you’ve found yourself saying “Oh Gosh, Now what?!” more times than you can count… you’re in the right place.

I support parents who are navigating the layered, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming world of raising neurodiverse kids—children with ADHD, autism, twice-exceptionality, and everything in between. Families like yours, who love fiercely but are also exhausted, wondering if it’s always going to feel this hard.

I bring over 20 years of experience in neurodiversity, education, and family support—but more importantly, I bring lived experience. I get what it’s like to be neurodiverse, married to a neurodiverse husband and have 4 neurodiverse kids and also, to feel burnt out, misunderstood, and like you’re constantly “figuring it out” without a roadmap.

At Our Neurodiverse Family, I believe in sustainable, honest change. No quick fixes. No judgment. Just real conversations, doable shifts, and heartfelt support for the families doing their best with what they’ve got.

When I’m not working with families, you’ll usually find me with a book in hand, sipping hot chocolate on the verandah watching the clouds roll in. And yes—there’s a mountain of dishes and washing, and I still think those ordinary moments are where connection is built.

You’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it all out on your own anymore.

Let’s find your family’s version of calm, connection, and authenticity—together.
