CPR. Calm. Prioritise. Reset.
For when everything feels like too much, and you need calm, fast.
Let's Reset
You’re not failing — you’re just flooded.
This high-touch, short-term coaching offer is designed for families in survival mode: where emotions run high, routines have collapsed, and everyone’s nervous system is on edge. CPR is your triage point — a stabilising, supportive reset that brings structure, clarity, and emotional relief when everything feels urgent.
Every family situation is slightly different, therefore part of this experience is uncovering what’s important to your family – there’s no one size fits all – this approach is very much tailored to your unique family.
We look at the pressure points in your parenting experience; whether you’re in the thick of burnout, dealing with explosive behaviours, or overwhelmed by navigating a recent diagnosis — this offer gives you close access to a genuine coach with lived experience who can help you respond instead of react, and reset your family with calm, clarity and purpose.
This model integrates co-regulation practices, cognitive reframing, and strengths based support to meet families where they’re at — not where they “should” be. The intensity of the support is matched to the level of stress, allowing nervous systems (both child and parent) to downshift and reset.

- Families in high-stress, high-conflict, or high-emotion states
- Pre-diagnosis discoveries
- Post-diagnosis spirals, school refusal, or sibling meltdowns
- Parents who feel stuck, resentful, or emotionally raw
- Families who need support now — not in 6 months

- Calmer, more confident parenting in just 3 weeks
- A practical, step-by-step plan to stabilise your home life
- Emotional regulation tools
- Fast wins, clearer boundaries, and genuine hope

Hi, I'm Alison
If you’ve found yourself saying “Oh Gosh, Now what?!” more times than you can count… you’re in the right place.
I support parents who are navigating the layered, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming world of raising neurodiverse kids—children with ADHD, autism, twice-exceptionality, and everything in between. Families like yours, who love fiercely but are also exhausted, wondering if it’s always going to feel this hard.
I bring over 20 years of experience in neurodiversity, education, and family support—but more importantly, I bring lived experience. I get what it’s like to be neurodiverse, married to a neurodiverse husband and have 4 neurodiverse kids and also, to feel burnt out, misunderstood, and like you’re constantly “figuring it out” without a roadmap.
At Our Neurodiverse Family, I believe in sustainable, honest change. No quick fixes. No judgment. Just real conversations, doable shifts, and heartfelt support for the families doing their best with what they’ve got.
When I’m not working with families, you’ll usually find me with a book in hand, sipping hot chocolate on the verandah watching the clouds roll in. And yes—there’s a mountain of dishes and washing, and I still think those ordinary moments are where connection is built.
You’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it all out on your own anymore.
Let’s find your family’s version of calm, connection, and authenticity—together.
A Family Dynamics & Neurodiversity Strategist, and the heart behind Our Neurodiverse Family
In just 3 weeks, you’ll move from overwhelm and reactivity to grounded leadership and clarity — with a parenting plan that holds you as much as it helps your child.
